Code of Ethics

Endeavor Chile has become the first country in the Global Endeavor Network to formally establish a document of this sort.
According to Endeavor Chile’s president, Christoph Schiess, “This Code of Ethics seeks to generate true role models, inclusive of companies who are cognizant of the social and economic impact they generate and able to create organizational cultures based on ethics and integrity.” Schiess added that, “with high impact comes comprehensive high standards, including all dimensions that fall within a business, and not promoting high impact growth at any cost”.
There were also announcements regarding upcoming activities to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Endeavor in Chile, including the 2018 Gala to be held in October, which seeks to highlight the progress accomplished in these two decades and the challenges for the next 20 years.
“We have closed 20 years of tremendous growth and impact and continue to pave this very path to lead us to become a more successful country and a country of entrepreneurs” said Schiess.
